Membership

Businesses that serve group visitors directly, either by providing a service or product, and wish to be promoted by Visit Loudoun to the travel trade (meeting planners, tour operators, tournament organizers, wedding coordinators, travel and lifestyle media, etc.) to receive group business.

Benefits:

• A vote on Visit Loudoun Board of Directors governance, the leadership that represents the tourism industry to policymakers and oversees the design of Visit Loudoun programs.
• The Visit Loudoun Sales Team that expands your sales and marketing team. The Sales Team does the following to promote your business:
  • Participates in tradeshows and sales missions targeting meeting, wedding, and group tour travel. Includes the ability to participate with Visit Loudoun on a co-op basis when available.
  • Provides sales leads and referrals for meeting and event facilities and services.
  • Advertises in meeting and group travel publications. Includes the ability to co-op with the Visit Loudoun on ads when available.
  • Provides familiarization tours and site visits for meeting and group tour decision makers as well as the group travel media. Includes the ability to be included on these tours.
  • Participates in related associations to recruit meetings, events, tour groups, and weddings.
  • Works directly with you to promote your business!
• Business listing in the meeting, wedding, and group travel sections of www.VisitLoudoun.org and in Visit Loudoun produced publications for exposure to meeting, wedding, and group travel planners.
• A designated Visit Loudoun liaison to serve as a direct communications link for industry input, updates, programming, and services needed from Visit Loudoun.
